Shell Biodegradable Urn in Pearl

Beautifully designed and eco-friendly, Shell Biodegradable Urn in Pearl is an attractive, seashell-shaped urn intended for use in a water burial. Once set adrift in the sea, the Shell Biodegradable Urn will float briefly, slowly sink to the bottom, and naturally break down over time. A custom-made carrying case allows for easy and discreet transport of the urn.

Included with each Shell Biodegradable Urn is a memorial donation card. If you complete the card, the manufacturer of the Shell Biodegradable Urn will make a donation in memory of your loved one to The Ocean Conservancy. The mission of The Ocean Conservancy is to protect ocean ecosystems and conserve the global abundance and diversity of marine wildlife.

This water burial urn is designed to biodegrade in water. Shell Biodegradable Urn is produced from 99% pre-consumer non-toxic recycled paper and paper clay. Each urn is handcrafted and painted with water-based paints by skilled artisans. The carrying case is recyclable.

Given its handcrafted nature, the urn may vary slightly in size, shape and appearance from the image displayed. A water-soluble bag is included. Cremated remains can be placed into the bag, then into the Shell Urn.
