Interlude Hand Blown Glass Cremation Urn

The Interlude Hand Blown Glass Urn features droplets of deep rainbow colors and is individually crafted by a master glassblower. The glassblower follows the same artistic process in crafting each urn, yet the unpredictable and organic nature of combining glass pigments, heat, and hand-blowing makes each beautiful glass urn a true one-of-a-kind.

Creating the colors of each urn involves rolling a ball of raw molten glass in pigment glass. Then the glass ball is super-heated to merge the colors in unique layers and intensity. Then the ball is hand-blown and rolled into the classic urn shape. Once the urn has cooled completely the stunning colors emerge revealing the artsy cremation urn.

The Interlude Hand Blown Glass Urn is a tall cylindrical glass urn with a flared top and round base. The colors are a pattern of rainbow droplets with especially striking blue tones. Each glass urn is made by hand, so the urn you receive may vary in size and shape by a few inches and have some difference in color pattern from the image shown. The lid of the Interlude Hand Blown Glass Urn rests on top of the urn.  It can be sealed with adhesive if desired (not included).
