This handcrafted sterling silver pendant opens at the front to allow you to display a photo of your loved one. The front of the locket is a simple silver heart with a gold rose inset into a heart at the top corner.

There is a compartment within the pendant that can hold a small memorial, which could be cremation ashes, a lock of hair, dried flowers, or sand/soil from a place significant to you. This locket for ashes is the perfect memorial for honoring a loved one and comes suspended from a delicate sterling silver rope chain necklace. The bail must be sealed properly using the adhesive that is provided before it can be worn.  The adhesive instructions should be followed very carefully. We do not recommend wearing this piece while showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping as this can increase exposure to moisture which can expedite the tarnishing process and degrade the adhesive that keeps ashes secure inside the pendant.
